Went to Randolph last week based on cameras. Took 25 minutes total from check in slip to driving away. Worth the drive from Little Falls.

Will a car pass with a cracked windshield and blown resonator?
It should. They do poke around underneath with a mirror thingy and upload a picture. If the cat is in tact, you should be okay. You could have no windshield and they wouldn't fail you.
I let the dude mill around looking for the cats on the GT3 somewhere in the middle of the car. Eventually I told him the engine is in the rear...
Resonator should pass since it's not for emissions, just noise.
