Buy a dozen full length mirrors, mount them to every surface in your bathroom & bedroom, strip balls ass naked, consume 3-7 grams of Psilocybin and proceed to find your inner motivation.
Whoa! That could put in a state of anxiety I may never recover from! i was just at a couple of hotels with some big mirrors, I don’t need them in my house.

We’ve all been here but the main thing is to not look so far ahead like oh man I will
Never get back to when I could ride xxx miles.

Keep it simple each day. Not sure if your home/work schedule allows any time for a walk a few days a week but you will be surprised how much a brisk paced walk is a good low impact base workout. Especially on days after a hard ride.

I have a dog so I try to take her at least 15-20 min a few times a day.

Make all your other bikes inoperable and you will have no choice.

but that would require that he ride them regularly. . . . .he has no problems breaking bikes, he just doesnt use them enough for the death toll to pile up.
