I want the Cavs to win. I think for the NBA it would be best for GS to win though. As a 30 year follower of the NBA, it really irks me that people really believe that Steph is the MVP. He is a great face for their brand and possibly the best shooter to ever play but not an MVP. Truth be told Lebron is by far the best all around player on the planet.

Let's go Cavs!!!

@capedoc

tried to get into it last night, but after seeing kevin love get "love" tapped in the back of the head and squirming around like a little baby, and even more stoppages and commercials, i'll stick with the stanley cup finals instead

You Assuming he played a Sonny Liston? lol

+1 on Curry Soooo not being (should not be) the MVP. They have an award for his skill set......they give it out mid season and involves racks of balls at set stations around the 3 point arc.

Can't believe J.R. Smith is sabotaging his teams playoffs......again.

gs passing game is at the same level as their shooting...

good night cleveland!

That's just it. J.R Smith is non existent. The game can be looked at as so. Primary and secondary players. Secondary Players for GS are way better than the Cavs. I'm rooted in reality but can't help to go with the underdogs, which include to NJ guys.

They're better off with Love OFF the court against this team. He's too slow to contribute offensively OR defensively. He's a good player in most situations, just not against a team with speed and ball movement like GS has.

2c.

i watched the first half, i was kind of excited, then half time came and i got tired

I here you. You saw the best part. 😀

Richard Jefferson brings an edge of confidence that projects well on the others. That can change of course.

More important news... Stephen A starting rumors that KD will be a Knick next year. New Yorkers love him.....

Great player.... But what we need is an actual NBA quality F-ing point guard!

totally agree on all points. Curry might very well be the best shooter in the history of the game but he simply does not impact the game in ALL FACETS the way that LeBron does. I think a very simple way to think about this is to consider this.... when LeBron left the Cavs, they went from a 65+ win team (where LeBron dragged that not-very-talented- team to the NBA finals) to a sub-20 win team the very next season (a 40+ swing!). if you put Curry on that Cavs team (instead of LeBron) does Curry single-handedly bring that Cavs team to the finals? The obvious answer is...of course not. He just doesnt have that ALL AROUND impact that Lebron has on a team. Its not even close.

LeBron, IMHO, is deservedly in the discussion of "who is the best of all time?" along with the likes of Jordan, etc. Curry? great player for sure. but laughable to include him in that discussion.

Curry should get the credit he deserves (as said probably best shooter ever and create shots that have rarely been seen in the history of the game). he is a decent defender but with his size he simply cant impact that side of the floor like LeBron can (who can arguably guard all 5 positions). dont know enough about Curry's passing skills but passing may just be LeBron's BEST attribute.

fwiw, I think people that put down the NBA dont really watch the game. I hear people say "its all one-on-one on offense" or " they dont play any defense" and I just think - what friggin' sport are you watching?! particularly during the playoffs. these guys play their asses off. there is great team offense and ridiculous effort on D. and it's being played by the best athletes on the planet.

...and I too am rooting for the Cavs
