My quest for 3000

3157 YTD.

In keeping with my latest thing of riding into places I've never been(at least not on a bike) I went south today through New Brunswick then onto Princeton. Rode around the campus a bit...in awe of the architecture and maturity of the place. Then shortly after I b-lined home taking all back roads and completing the 56 mile journey.

Nice work on your goal and have a good birthday. What's the new goal? I say shoot for 4500 through the end of the year.

61 miles today heading out west of me to Round Valley and back. Very nice scenery and lots of rolly poly roads. I'll be doing this one again for sure!

35 miles up and around the hills today which included for the second ride in a row a climb up Washington Ave to Washington Rock! Looking forward to this Saturday at the Tour de Cure where i'm doing the century!!:getsome:

3355 YTD.

The Jersey Shore Tour de Cure. 102 miles of roly poly flatty flatness. You would think that riding flat would be easy right? I'ts a piece of cake right? Ugh!!

This ride was held on a great day for an even greater cause. Thank you for those who contributed to the ADA and am looking forward to riding this next year!:)

Nice, the thing about flat is...you never, ever stop pedaling...EVER! Lol
It brings on a whole different kind of tired :D

Great Job on the Tour de Cure! And this time you did it without hurting your back! ;)

Just a little ribbing from the person who's been dealing with your obsessive need for carbs for the last few days. Can anyone tell me if there is a dispensation for the 5+ lbs that your partner gains from the carb binges? I mean, I've heard of "sympathy weight" but this is ridiculous!

All joking aside - great job, honey! I'm ridiculously proud of you!:D
