Montclair place to grab a drink?

Looking for a rec for a place to grab a drink and possibly some apps or dinner. Meeting up with a co-worker who is in town and staying in Montclair. Welmont theater area.

Here are two spots in walking distance

Pineapple Express BBQ - fun, lively, good BBQ
Pharmacy - haven't been in awhile but connected to Wellmont

Just Jakes (bar)
Faubourg (fancy, nice bar)

+1 to pineapple express. that would be my first stop.

Egan & Sons on Walnut is a cool spot.. plus there is a coffee shop a few doors down.

I’ve been try to remember Egan’s since this morning! I used to like that spot when I lived in Bloomfield.

Fun fact - I watched the Rangers win the Stanley Cup there in 94.
