has anyone here ever broken a front hub? can you actually tell the difference in ride quality between front hubs?

I will have a 15x150 I9 black front hub as soon as Jim builds my wheels back up .....
only issue is 1 of the brake rotor bolt holes has a chip in it....bolt still threads in and tightens to correct torqe specs

Yes, broke a flange across several spoke holes on an old Ringle front hub. Can tell the difference between good and worn bearings, but not hub quality really.

I can feel the difference when I'm running a Torque Hub VS non. The bike turns faster.
