Magnetic clipless pedals

Flats are more efficient on a trainer?

There's been research into it already; your legs are not designed to pull up on things, even if you are able/train specifically to do it...so most of the gains from training clipped in are from teaching you the pedal circle diameter. The other gains are by learning where to get off the gas on the opposite foot so you don't screw up the power phase.

Incidentally, rollers teach you both. Three are a couple people here selling those, to boot.

I like the data visualization from the vector pedals.

negative power if you aren't making circles with pedaling form.
I don't have them, but can see the difference on the kickr.
doable on flats - unless you are pulling up while clipped - which isn't recommended for endurance.

The hustle pedal is the most interesting of the magnetic in my opinion. I actually learned how to mountain bike on spd pedals for the most part, So my few attempts at flight pedals have not gone well.

It’s funny because on the motorcycle in the woods, I always think I’d rather be More connected as well.

I do wonder if there’s a therapeutic advantage to having magnets on your feet. I have some crazy insoles that have tons of tiny littl magnets in them. I swear my feet feel better wearing them.

I am curious if you collect a bunch of iron dust on the pedals when you ride in an area that has a lot of iron in the soil.

Lol that's what this study claimed. They said they took all kinds of measurements. However, I was too lazy to read how they did it. Did they do it multiple times? Just once ?
