I certainly had a good time with 2 serious exceptions...

1. Despite his legendary battle skills Walter chose to avoid a central park dance confrontation

2. A close call with the matrix
 
good times... great crowd... definitely going back to do that ride again soon (minus the bumper car routine)... 😀

We all took the ferry from Staten Island to Battery Park. We then took the Greenway path up the river past the GWB. From what Chainsaw said we were close to Highbridge. We then made a U-turn and headed back down the Greenway. We picked a random street to go up to Central Park. We dodged some cabs and cranes and did 2-3 laps around Central Park. Stopped for hot dogs ans pretzels and then made our way back to the ferry.

Myself and Chainsaw really enjoy this ride on the roadies. I would say its gonna be a normal ride after a good central NJ rain.

I'm sure we'll post up when we are going again.

Battery Park was the start and finish. We took the Staten Island Ferry over. As for the next time I do it well that's up to Ben cause he's taking me and his kids to the city soon. Yaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! Hot dogs. But for serious let me know when you want to go (sat/sun). We'll start a thread and let it go out of control then get locked by some D-bag moderator, god they suck on this site. You know what else sucks is you can't hear me say "what sup" to the chick on the corner at Columbus Circle

you can't hear dustin because he mumbled it under his breath. I vote for not making the uturn and just jumping straight into central park... And then doing what walter tells me to do (play in traffic)

No way. I looked at her and said "hi" she heard me and as far as playing in traffic, it needs to be a smaller group of 3-4 due to how fast a line will turn into a yellow cab.
 
Are there any bike paths on the east side? Also, it looks like you can almost sting together a ride through parks from High Bridge down to Central Park, but you'd have to weave a few roads in there. And that's assuming those parks have paths going through them.

There's lots of greenway in the east but it's not complete .. U have to put some road in there. Also on the northen tip you have to take some roads as well as a small strecth on southern tip.
