WVP/Chimney Rock Trail Maintenance Sunday 10/14 9am

There is a scheduled trail maintenance @ Washington Valley Park (Chimney Rock) Sunday October 14th @ 10:00am. If you are available to help please meet @ the Newman's Lane parking lot by 10:00am. Hope to see some new faces (& old) there.

We are working on armoring some of the problem wet spots (not that there is any right now) before the winter/spring moisture. Mostly across from Newmans Lane. We are still in the process of working on the other project, just trying to get all the details worked out before jumping into it as it looks like a much bigger deal than we thought.

Good deal man. I got Woody to verbal to some future TM today as well as Walter a few weeks back. When you get the big CR date lined up we'll certainly try and bring people out for that event.

October Allamuchy TM Cancelled

For those not on Bob & Karen's e-mail list, the Allamuchy TM session for this weekend has been canceled. They will try to reschedule something for November.

We had a nice turnout & got a fair amount of trail repaired. I must say I was pretty happy with how it turned out, hopefully the work holds up over time. A few more spots need some work before the winter & the place should be in good shape until next year. We're hopeful to get the rest done on the last TM on Sunday November 25th @ 9am.

Is that the big day? Regardless, hopefully I can make it and I can coerce Woody to join as well.

That project looks like it going to have to wait until early spring with some winter recon work thrown in.

what do i need to do

can somone tell me what is involved with tm at the tourne. how long what i need to bring ect, i never had done a tm before and think i would like to.it would be nice to give back a little to the place that had gotten me into the sport.
