It was cold out today. Even the "shot of whiskey in the water bottle" trick didn't work. But all good - was a little empty between no drinks and no food after 30 miles, but still nice to get out in the sun ...

Ok, it’s cold
The almost full moon setting was this super deep red, but I couldn’t get to an unobstructed spot in time.

It was cool how those few clouds were “blocking” the light. I know this isn’t the correct term @Patrick

Crepuscular means active at sunrise and sunset - usually used with animals - everyone knows nocturnal, or diurnal from HS. Crepuscular is jeopardy worthy.
a certain group of animals are active during the transitions as a safety adaptation. i just threw it in a new context cause why not?

As I entered the park the temp was -1°.
Figured I give Garmin another chance and it passed! Worked the whole ride and didn't shut down from cold.
Next, I knew where I wanted to ride, it's usually mud, but after yesterday and today I thought I'd be good to ride it.....wrong, still mud.

A little adventure out on the lake, but I'm chicken! So came back
