I read they escorted the senators and congressmen/women out....So thats 635 people...how many guards does it take to escort that many people out? no idea...im guessing quite a few tho. So is this when everyone stormed in? And would it have been better if the cops opened fire and killed hundreds of these idiots?

What power was seized? Don't be ridiculous - of course it was wrong but so was looting and burning more than $1 billion in damages, burning police cars, storming government buildings, killing people.

I saw my dad get mentally “hijacked” after he retired by watching the same tv shows these bozos likely watch. He probably would have approved of that catastrophe at the capitol. He went from being a reasonable man to repeating wacky conspiracy theories and downright lies. He was very isolated culturally yet had opinions on places he had never visited and cultures never interacted with. He seemed to be duped into fear mongering. He never benefited any knowledge from these programs, and like any cult- everyone at the top gets rich and those at the bottom look like fools

You don't think it the capital building they could have messed up proceeded enough where you get President Nancy? I like you Rick unless you are part of the death to America crowd, we've never been closer to just that. No lefty protest or riot was give the opportunity to do just that and we have incompetence to thank that it was squashed.

You're talking about 2 women approaching a senator, they didn't push over barriers, brink pipe bombs, molotov cocktail, or fire arms. They didn't have to kick in the door, they do let protesters in to an extent, I believe there is a process you can follow.

I can't answer if they followed it but if they didn't they should go to jail just like every fucking person yesterday. Fuck the tribal nonsense idc if you agree with me politically if you break the law and that law dictates the punishment is jail, then jail you go to.

Like the Jeffrey Epstein shit, people pointing the finger to bill clinton to excuse trump, send them both to jail if they diddle kids. Let the evidence come out let the process work and let a jury deliberate, if they're guilty send them.

I don't understand why its so palatable to defend the worst of those who share your view, they're weak links. Those are the people that keep both sides from coming together on what they agree on over the very little bit they don't agree on.
