Thanks! Wheels are being built up at hilltop by @jimvreeland, hopefully will be ready by beginning of the week, tomorrow I'll be putting the bike together for a test ride before I start on the paint aspect of the project. So far everything looks very promising...

Did you taper/bevel the original (cut) stay sections to create more overlap in the areas where you were adding the new material?

No, just sanded lightly, applied more material over cut sections, sanded smooth and repeated the process a few times until I was satisfied with the buildup

Slapped all the parts together real quick after shooting some jet black paint on the triangle, hopefully Jim will have the wheels built up by tomorrow so I can take it on a test ride Tuesday, few more rides after that and if nothing cracks or falls apart I will take everything off and get into painting the frame and the triangle. While on the subject of getting everything back together anyone know of a clamp that will allow me to mount my XTR shifter to my guide matchmaker clamp?
