Yeah, Ive used CA glue with an accelerator for returns, 45, crown etc...pretty amazing for sureLast couple I did with the instant glue. Amazing.
I do mine the same way, but do the sill pieces separately so I can adjust the side pieces (stiles).Looks good!
Just did a bunch of those on my house last month...built them up on the ground, pocket holed the backs together, and put up whole 🙂
Ah that sucks! Can you set one side flush so you only have to build out one side each door? Guess that depends if there are furring strips available in the needed thickness. But then again if you're doing a shit ton of them it might be easier to rip your own.Lol. And all the base. Oh and I bought doors with standard jams. I had the contractor set the doors flush to the hallways/corridors so I will rip and build out inside the rooms. The front door was set to the outside. It didn't turn out too badAh that sucks! Looks good, nice clean radius cut. I have a corner cabinet like this in my house that was built in the 20's. It conceals a steam return line. Not sure if the built-in is original but many houses in my neighborhood have them.Still got a long way to go..... And then I have to make another one to the left... View attachment 245617
