Group Ride 3/20

Thanks for setting this up. We haven't been on the bike in months. Felt great to be back out there and see some friends.

Even if I didn’t make the ride it was great to
Stop and see a bunch of folks in real life for some flybys and quick chat at the coffee potter.

For those who don’t know me in person I was the dude on the purple gravel bike and bright Fluoro vest waving at you all but riding the opposite direction.

What a fun ride. There was some fast rider in that lead group. Last time I rode the CT was 2018. It felt good to stretch the legs a bit. Coffee and and a blueberry muffin at the Coffee Potter was a bonus.

So stoked I was on the rump end. Took the lower road into Highbridge on the way back. Beautiful!

It was good to see everyone, I was happy to see some peeps I haven't seen in awhile.
This was the perfect sized group, just enough to make it feel like a social gathering without being a cluster mess.

I didn't remember to take Pic until we got to Long Valley, I missed some peeps in Pic.

Hey all-
Great day out there yesterday.
Good turnout and a nice day to roll some gravel.

One of the nice things about gravel rides is the social aspect-
I was able to conversate with a bunch of you and catch up.

Got a little chilly on the return leg when the sun ducked behind some clouds,
but it was still worth the price of admission.
