I use the K-Edge inserts on everything except the 2 bikes. The stock Karoo mount is a colossal POS, I went through 4 or 5 of them before I had them send me K-Edge parts 😂

The track bike actually doesn’t have room to run the Karoo because it’s so big, same with the Allez. The 3 has buttons on the bottom so you need a longer mount than the 2.

It’s got the power button on the bottom now. Usually that wouldn’t be an issue but you need to press it to wake the screen up in Battery Saver Mode. I’ve been asking for a touchscreen tap to wake up the device for a year now and I seem to be the only person that wants it? On the plus you could wake it up with the shifter now but I can’t run it on my Red bike so…First world problems.

I have been running the karoo 2 for the last year. For my needs it's been great. That said I have 2 left on the shelf which need to be 1/ 2 off now...

We knew Red was coming and were lucky enough to unload all the old stuff except for 1 bike that’s 40% off anyway.

Hammerhead gave us no drop date on the 3 so I only found out when I sat through the launch presentation this morning. It’s so far behind Wahoo and Garmin that we’d never stock it anyway. I’d have to believe in the first public firmware update for Red they’ll open the system up to work with Garmin and Wahoo integration and then I’ll have 2 Karoo3s up for sale 😂

They sort of do, but then it also does whatever that button does. So it’ll wake up and switch screens. Or pause. Or zoom in. I’ve only explained it to the guy directly responsible for the programming like 6 times on the phone 😂
