Just saw the same ad for the Yeti. Not at all a scam!
It's just he's selling for his brother who's in Afghanistan and the bike is stored (somewhere else) but as soon as you wire the money they'll ship it to you and use Paypal for everyone's protection!

Because people always sell stuff for thousands less than its worth.
