Yeah one thing you realize when living where I live, is it's extremely removed from Asheville. Culturally more so than geographically. This past Sunday was our 3rd time I think in the city in the last two years of living here and one of those times was because my wife's parent's dragged us there to give them a tour, as if we know the place.And then you moved there?
It's similar to how this area is the "South" but there's no real southern culture, it's Appalachian. Bluegrass playing in stores, not country.
