Dickerson Mine Preserve Conditions

Overall good conditions today. A little mud in the usual places like the ‘Alabama ‘ extension on yellow. This place drains!!

Also, tree down on white between power lines and intersection with orange

Thanks for the intel. I just wished I remembered to check here before I went into DM last night. Doh!! But I got a few on that new loop near the Canfield school, and I got another big mess on the Sunset Lake trail, near the houses. I'll try to get back to this one soon.

Trails were all good today, though very leafy. Lost the trail in a couple spots. Didn't ride newer/outermost Yellow but hit everything else. Amazed to see the creek on creek trail completely dry! First time I've seen that. New trail is pretty cool and a nice addition, good job team! It is a bit wet in spots though.

This log is on the fireroad trail part of White just below Marty's. If this section is in the race, I'd remove the stick pile ramps on either side bc they're not stable.

Yes that creek was also dry today. Weird.

perfect weather for a ride today at Dickerson! A little mud here and there, and yes plenty of leaves. But overall really good trail conditions.

The new trail is riding well. First time riding it, lost the trail for a minute after the berms, but nice flow and great addition. Thanks JORBA!!

Yep it’s a nice addition to the park. Needs a bit of burning in but that’ll happen soon enough. Good job to Jason and the DM JORBA volunteers.

Not in race

great conditions, almost too great............blue trail has been "maintained" (read as sanitized) by having several offending rocks removed from the trail, and said trail being pounded to a purely flat surface.

I heard about the work on blue last night, will ride it tonight to see how much was done. I heard the "Bopp Stopper" (for those who know) was reworked to be much easier to get through.

Well its only a recent reference and was tagged on a ride where I was present refers to something that happened that night when someone crashed (minor injury). its also a typo its supposed to say "Bopp Stopper"

Saw Jesse and Jeremy out working on the trail today and had a long conversation with Jesse afterwards in the shop….

Trails are in PERFECT shape. Hope the rain holds off.

Rode here yesterday. Overall rideable but slick with minimal mud EXCEPT the new green trail. This trail doesn’t drain the same as the rest of the park and would think about avoiding after a heavy rain.
