thanks guys,..sorry i'm completely missed this post.
(hi,..antgold!🙂)
everything is find no broken thingy, except that i'ved sprained entirely muscles and nerve in my neck. after i crashed and continued the race but at miles 18 i felt something teribly wrong with my neck (kind a like wooble or fall off feeling and heaviness also headache beomes one) so i DNF..wich is i never DNF before. i went to hospital and have them cat scan and x-ray good thing none of my bone is broken or fracture (considered myself very lucky) i could've break my neck if i recall the crash.
for about 5 days i couldn't turning my neck left/right..up/down and the most anoying pain is when i laying down or try to get up from bed, that's really hurt me for good.but,..today(sunday) i'm all good now and 2morrow start riding again.😀
yes i did cut my hair,RNG1!!🙂
i'll see you at rattling rob!
note to self:
so,..i just wanted to pointed out a few thing.
if the race course seem so freakin' easy or fast doesn't mean it was "easy"
so i,..take it too lightly not paying attention or more allert with the course/trails flow.and that's the mistake i have make.
however,.if the course/trails are very techcy and sketchy or gnar..i pay more attention and more allert and i never crash on sketchy or techcy trails.
well..i've pay my price for good and very expensive too!😀
