look up the movie "Ladder Bridges". It was on that cable channel that is no longer on cablevision..

Its a good documentary on those trails in BC and Bowen Island.

I used to watch a show called Drop In on cablevision like 3yrs ago. That dude Cam was on the show with a bunch of other guys. They would just travel and ride skate parks, random spots and trails.
