Boat is now "staged" at @jklett's place.
We'll be doing a couple hours a month over the winter.

Built a frame for the temporary cover - stupid tarps are expensive!

Quick update.

From other threads:
Down about 8lbs over 4 wks. This is a nice rate, slight changes. A little more walking.

Cause walking is about it. Surgery set for 2/12 with 6 weeks of down time. It's minor, just a sensitive area.

I'm feeling good. Indoor track season started, so I'm busy with the side gig.

Looking to do some trail work over the next few weeks. Easy to hike, all good.
