All joking aside, ive ridden there for a long time and have never seen the trail in area i mentioned. I do remember the jump and line on the left side headed towards toboggan (where the sensitive area sign is) but not on the right side. Without stopping and really looking, a trade reversal isnt effective when the water is moving across the trail. In any care, best of luck with it.
😂😍see you at the next TM I hope. We need more outside the box minds here.

Correct. Just like all of the other re-routes where we've crossed the originally fall line multiple times we will need to control/divert the flow otherwise the new tread will just get blown out.

We've only walked it and conceptualized it a few times, but being a "future" project we have yet to do a solid flagging and really looking closely at the line. We typically have a few detailed sessions and try to rough something in before really digging. Would love to have you join us when we get to that point. We've learned our lesson with a few of the original "rake and ride" re-routes that we've had to go back and do a real "FGR" to get right.... we want to get it right the first time in this section.

I'll give you a heads up when we plan to flag something out, as long as you promise not to tell @Mitch

Edit: PS, I also want to make it more funner to ride in the process 😉

Yes it rained a lot last night. But Clayton drains well. There is a wet spot low side of tree root climb and up on horse shit lane but ride through them, they will be fine!

Other than those it’s hero dirt, come play bikes!

Surprisingly good conditions at Clayton today (my first time riding here) on my 2.4 tires. I'm assuming the snow had been groomed, because it was nicely packed down through most of the trail system off of the parking lot. It was also perfect snow. Somehow my tires stuck to it, but it didn't stick to my tires. Was able to ride at a good clip and get in some hearty cardio.

The Park System had their groomers out yesterday working on the trails.
If you liked what you rode, consider becoming a Jorba member and volunteer on your local trails.

You're welcome 🙂. Packed down from a couple of us riding it Tues and Wed

Traveled this past week- I know we got rain but I assume Clayton is good to go today. Before heading out, if anyone sees this and could let me know if that is a bad assumption I would appreciate it!
