Just rode it. I did not hit blue or the trails behind the ball field.
There’s some rough spots and your bike is gonna get dirty. But overall in good shape. Worst of it was the upper trail from gilbride to Cromwell, the trail next to the river was much better. Orange climb up from gilbride was 2nd worst of the stuff I rode.
Beware there’s a running race going on g on right now on yellow, starting out of the chimney rock park on CR rd.

Took my pal here today for his first time riding trails ever and Cromwell wasn't too bad, wet & muddy in many spot but very ridable. Stop Sign was bone dry & ton of fun. Going to swing by again tomorrow noon for a quick ride, will report back how it goes.
Edit: Lots of rain tonight, guess it's not worth going tomorrow.

It absolutely downpoured over the weekend. The local park (where we walk the dog) was drenched at the top of the hill, which is just a few miles from CR. I can't imagine it will be good right now.

Is it still a mess? Anyone get out there today? Thinking tomorrow afternoon.
It was a muddy sloppy mess yesterday evening. Probably not worth trying for a few days I’m guessing.

Most of it is super dry, but there are still spots that just will make a mess of your bike and make it seem worse than it is.
It’s totally fine. A few spots of running water here and there. Shit ton of riders out today. If you don’t want to get dirty avoid, but you will do no damage to the trails if you ride. Camp is near perfect as well.
I'll report after my ride tomorrow morning.
Ballfield loop is perfect.
Lower black is dry
