For any of the ladies looking for a group ride - the Rapha Braver than the Elements Ride is December 20th. I signed up for the Emmaus, PA one. There is also one in NYC.

The colder months aren’t a time to hang up your wheels – in fact, winter is the time to build fitness and form, embrace the conditions and show fortitude with your friends.
Join the Rapha Ambassadors for a ride on 20th December. We’ll ride together so that everyone feels safe, confident and comfortable no matter what the elements throw our way.
There are 10 rides happening across the US. Trek will be joining us for five rides, supplying their fleets of demo bikes – so you can try a new bike for the day, or bring a friend who’s new to cycling.
Braver Than The Elements is not a test of who is fastest and strongest – it’s about bringing women together to enjoy riding through the winter. All riders will receive a Braver than the Elements roundel at the completion of the ride.
