My diet has been great. Eat when I'm hungry. Eat as much as I want, as long as it's some mixture of vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, etc.

Haven't done much exercising, only a few TrainerRoad workouts. I've been fighting some kind of sinus infection along with my 3 year old and every time I exert myself it seems to get worse and I end up with twice as many yellow snots. I feel like it's finally getting better. Omicron? Maybe, who knows. Got my son swabbed on Thursday but no results yet.

Way better progress with the numbers than I'd expected so far, guess my diet has been real shit before this. Hopefully as I ramp up exercising the pounds will continue to drop. Not giving into temptation with my diet is really tough right now, but that usually gets a lot easier with time if I hold out long enough.

I set myself up for a good first week, so it's probably not that impressive. I ate like a monster the two days before weigh in to get as high as I possibly could on the scale. That way I could get some decent first week results to help motivate me to keep on going.
And sticking to a whole food plant based diet melts the pounds off for me. A few years ago I was at 225 and after only two months I was down to 180s on diet alone with very minimal exercise. It seems to be doing the trick for me again.

Should I have a individual/group progress chart/graphic ?
Yes! Great job, everybody giving it effort this week. I didn’t eat well at all, and only got in 3 hikes, but I was 236 last Friday and I’m at 234 today. I did have a toasted bagel with butter for breakfast, but just got my wife on board to try to keep the shit out of the house. Will do a long hike in jockey hollow today with squats, lunges and wall sits. I will also clean up my basement today to start using the spin bike I got from @a.s. many moons ago! This week I am trying to eat perfectly clean.

Just did :30 in the cellar between 85-100 rpm cadence and under 100 watts(trainer road Dan's) and didn't die. I had some weird bumps in my HR early on but that could've been from dry contacts on the monitor. It did even out once I started to sweat a little. I will be watching that closely for a while to make sure it's not anything wrong with me. I'm going to slowly ramp things back up over the next week or so and see how it holds, I can always back off if I start having issues.

Sorry I haven’t officially weighed in yet. I’ll just say I have about 40lbs to lose before enduro 2022.

Long story short I’ve had some health issues and haven’t been able to do anything too strenuous for quite a while (months). The doctor gave me the ok this week and I just did my first workout in what feels like years. It was short, it sucked, I will feel it, but I’m pretty stoked.

The apartment I moved into a few months back has a pretty sweet gym and it was dope to finally step foot in it.

Oh, and I just got the final piece to get one of my bikes running again. So that’s exciting. Things are happening.

Day 6 of no beer, a super clean diet, and riding an hour every day. Honestly, I have dropped a few pounds but the biggest benefit is that I feel a lot more energetic. I'm thinking that's more related to the alcohol fog but it's going well so far. I'm sticking to data logging with noom and I'll see how this continues. I'm going to reward myself with a beer tonight. Just 1.

Was gonna say if you still live up here we could go for a ride together so you can boost your confidence

How are we doing this I forgot who I was while reading the rules do I weigh in today or tomorrow

no rules - just how's it going, and what your are (or aren't) doing. what works for ya, what doesn't

Someone(I can) can just post a Google sheet and everyone update their own column

they could have a form on here to authenticate, which populates a google sheet from their phone health app. ?
you probably aren't that busy!
