Had to cut coffee way down, cardiologist said I couldn't mix a lot of coffee with alcohol. And now cutting alcohol back for weight so he should be really happy.Is anyone here not a coffee drinker?
This is a recurring theme amongst the 50+ coaches: we get out of bed feeling crappy, drag our asses to practice, get on the bike creaking and complaining, and go home happier.SHUT UP and ... MOVE YOUR BODY. I can almost guarantee, you’ll feel better afterwards.
I'll point you to the last point of my joining statement:Thinking about it, I'm going to bow out of the competition. I'm realizing that I'm unintentionally bringing negative energy to this and don't want to derail anyone's progress with it. I'm still going to play along at home when I get better but I'll leave the updates to y'all.
