Bearscat 2012

Although I won't be at the Bearscat this year (Mohican) I can say this was one of the most fun and challenging races I've done in the last year.

If your on the fence, get in! You won't regret it...

So nobody wants to do 24 hr races anymore but an endurance race sells out in 2.5 days. So Bob W needs to bring back The All Amuchy race and maybe there's room for another somewhere else? I personally would much rather do these versus H2H.

Ditto. I never got to do the All A Muchy because I was living elsewhere at the time, and the year I moved back they cancelled it. I would love to see that come back.
 
I'm up for a local 24 hour race. Anyone ever try the one up in Naples, NY, Hardcore 24? This is my first year skipping Old Pueblo in Tucson so I'm getting anxious.
 
Hardcore 24

I did the HC 24 in 2009. They changed to a new location that year and had to build new trails in a rush. They cleared the brush and then 'broke' the trails in by riding up and down it with dirt bikes. It was atrocious. It was like riding over speed bumps and through potholes the whole time. The course before that apparently was pretty good with lots of climbing. The 2009 course sucked big time IMO.

SO.. SInce Im waitlisted for this event hows that work? I guess i gotta wait for someone to cancel or something?
 
I missed last years race but I'm registered for this year.

Headed out for a lap of the course yesterday, that's now one of my favourite loops in the NE.
 
Bearcat 50

Hey I am moving to CO and don't think i will be able to make the Bearcat 50, there is no waitlist so 1st person to post up they want my spot and agree to pay for registration and transfer fees. Its yours. Thanks
