Looking for a few folks to do some spring trail maintenance.

Trail trimming, removing downfall, erosion control, and re-blazing.

Meet at the hawkwatch parking lot on upper hibernia road.
Tuesday April 1 2025
5pm
bring water, bug repellant, work clothes
pre-used gloves available

Yesterday I hiked up Four Birds from orange by the white spine to the Hawk Watch and cut out that tree that's been down for a while, trimmed the section up top we didn't get to last year, and did a little rock armoring on that one spot that stays wet after rain. I then came down orange and got some face slappers and pricker bushes. Then @Wrong Way Dan, @Zack 54, and I trimmed the woods road section of orange while @trailhead repainted blazes. We also did a little trimming on that first section of yellow that is always bad, and it wasn't bad yet.
