i'm 6'4 and find them comfy. a 61 cm works for me too. generally a 59 is where an extended time on the bike gets really uncomfortable/annoying for me.

not sure how tall, but I can tell you that 6'2 is to short. The shop that I bought it from "new" sized me up, and obviously incorrectly.

My "little" brother is 6'-7". He rides a 64 pretty comfortably. He could actually ride a 66cm.. Just as a reference.
