this is growing in my flower beds and don't recall seeing them last year. So should I leave it, pull it or smoke it?

also I sured up the deer fencing this year. With this I'll be leaving it alone, thanks @Roadie

Looks like Colts foot (Tussilago farfrar). Flowers are dandelion like and come up early spring before the leaves.
