The final harvest before the frost takes everything. Carrots, pepper, beets and baby eggplant.

the peas and greens made it through the frost, last lima beans coming off this weekend

I guess you could do the fried green tomato thing. I tried all the stuff with storing them ins, in newspaper, whatever else I read and never seemed to do much.

I used them like tomatillas in a verde sauce with pork or chix
not quite as tart as tomatillas but with a nice final harvest of poblanos such be fine
another alternative is to pickle the small ones

Too bad none of my fall crop took off, would be looking at a full garden still!

Nice harvest matty, need to give the broccoli another try next year.

About 15 bags left at the Bridgewater 22 hD, giving it away
