I guess you could do the fried green tomato thing. I tried all the stuff with storing them ins, in newspaper, whatever else I read and never seemed to do much.
I used them like tomatillas in a verde sauce with pork or chix
not quite as tart as tomatillas but with a nice final harvest of poblanos such be fine
another alternative is to pickle the small ones
So do you actually eat veggies or just grow them 🙂Cut number 4 today on the same plants
