"E-bike" the newest buzz word. It's all the rage on my local town FB page with "Carols" telling other parents to warn their kids to ride them properly.

The end is near for the Surron-style bikes IMHO. I saw 5 of them in a little wooded area around the corner from my house. It has some trails and jumps made (I'm guessing) by BMW bikers back in the day. A friend's son updated them a little for MTB a few years back but got some static over it.

Seeing them riding in traffic w/o lights is becoming a common thing. My friend's other son saw one on the GSP!

In some respects, it's pretty cool but people are going to get hurt and there will be a big backlash.

As proper dirt bikes are increasingly showing up in Ringwood alongside quads and being extremely loud, I'm almost relieved to see the occasional Surron, at least they don't make any sound.

Of course, the wait staff should come to every table after they've served food and see if anything is OK. Why do you ask?

I guess the joke doesn't work in writing as it did when spoken in a skit. I used to wait on tables and we're required to go back to the table a couple of minutes after they got their food and ask is EVERYthing OK. Since to a "Karen" who loves to complain about everything, the waiter instead asks is ANYthing OK assuming everything would not be OK to a "Karen". Everything vs. Anything.
