I’ve never had the bike serviced there but I’ve definitely harassed the mechanics with questions and they were always helpful.

Cycle Craft is a great shop. Town Cycle in West Milford is also awesome. Even more so if you need any more reasons to ride Ringwood

Never had service from Cycle Craft but all the staff that I have spoke with, were professional and very helpful.
Only negative is that a part that I ordered thru them took twice as long as what they initially quoted. But I want to give them a benefit of the doubt and say that this was prolly an isolated incident.

They do all my work for my bike that I cant or am too lazy too and are great guys. I ride a Kona which they dont sell and havent bought a bike from them but they dont care and help me all the same. Mike the service manager has even gone out of his way to remember my name even though I only stop in every few months at most.
