Problems with IOS 13 keyboard?

Anyone else have an issue with their keyboard on 13 where when you hit the return button, it deletes half of what you just wrote? I’ve gone as far a FDR’ing my phone, not restoring it, and it still happens. Am I the only one?

There is some wires keyboard behavior where it disappears for a bit and returns a second later.

I'm hitting return and it is working correctly.

Also in the Search I can’t always get the keyboard to pop up.

Photos have been a little wonky loading too. Sometimes they come in rotated 90 degrees for some reason. If you edit to fix, the whole post goes crazy.
