So all and all I gave up on being a police officer after getting dq'd everytime for being color blind while I'm in the worst shape of my life I told my self I'd give it a go, after I did some sit ups and push ups according to the rules for njsp I only needed 2 points in the run to make it. I feel confident after this evenings run to apply one last time so I leave no doubt in my mind that njsp would have dq'd me as well for being color blind lol.

I won't be riding till after the 20th to avoid injury wish me luck.

Prowheel? Ummm ok... quick google tells me its 104/64 so you should be able to use the chain ring I have in the big boy position.
You will prolly need longer chain ring bolts as N/W are thicker.

Maybe they just don’t like you ? .. have you considered doing cross fit? I knew a lot of people doing that before their tests.

I know its expensive to do all at once, but its really the best way. Trust me, i've tried all the cheap ass ways to go wide range...lol. Besides, its sort of counterproductive to add more front teeth, even one, if your end game is really a lower gear ratio overall.

I got 2 weeks but I'm already capable of doing it so I'm not worried I'm just going to keep doing the test every night I want to get the highest value of points.

The only thing I'd split up is the brakes and the gears set

Try running a few slow easy miles everyday. Running slower will make you faster.
