Wait you want to join us???
don't jump right to acceptance, ya gotta go through the stages....

We should talk IRL. You are exhibiting some of the signs of the Promoter's Kubler-Ross Cycle.
Plus this doesn’t need a “ ride leader”.
We all have ways to find a loop or whatever and I’m sure someone that shows up will have a general idea of the park if we can find the best route.

we were chatting about this after the ride yesterday - does someone need to 'lead' the ride, or just be the coordinator?
Coordinator, if that.we were chatting about this after the ride yesterday - does someone need to 'lead' the ride, or just be the coordinator?
I had to google IRL?
Ahhh, I see what you did there. BTW what is the time parameters for ST as in when might we be heading home? I would like to squeeze one in but my wife works and I need to be home at 11While everyone else had to Google Kubler-Ross.
@Miracle Max Loves Garbage - sure. I'll lead 3 rides in March. First 3 Sundays. See you there.
Following the fastest rider was never what OOS seemed to be about.I know I haven’t joined these (yet) but I would say just coordinate. Once everyone shows follow the fastest rider or the first to dive in. He/she can lead until they don’t want to.
In all honesty that is what every ride tends to be, but with our rides the fastest rider also waited for and watched out for the slowest. That isnt requires though and those riders can keep going.Following the fastest rider was never what OOS seemed to be about.

Funny, I never waited for you guys 🙂In all honesty that is what every ride tends to be, but with our rides the fastest rider also waited for and watched out for the slowest. That isnt requires though and those riders can keep going.

.
I figured that was a given
i read On Death... (c 1969) back-to-back with Death Be Not Proud (c 1949) in HS (maybe 1981-82). Solid Catholic school subject matter.
I do believe Death be not Proud helped me come to the conclusion that acceptance does not mean surrender. I had already lost a few family
members to cancer, and had a couple dealing with some of the longer term health issues (NH lymphoma, ms)
it is a tough read because it is a kid, and really captures the roller-coaster ride that people go through.
Not something I'm proud of but the only book I've finished cover to cover is where is Waldo
i hope you found what you were looking for...
I don't like to read books but I love reading manuals, text books encyclopedias. My wife thinks I'm a serial killer because at a flea market I bought a guys whole set of Haynes manuals and read all of the, 40+, in a few months.
u no that was wordplay.
and yeah, i never read non-learning stuff anymore.
