OOS MOGA

I'm just thinking about if I went to MCBP what would have been the outcome with a broken chainstay? Kinda lucky sort of. The LBS where the bike was purchased is working on warranty, I should know in a few days, sounded upbeat and positive, so hope for the best. @qclabrat lets find everyone for at least one OOS gang ride!
Feel free to take the Banshee

You’ve never seen a before and after shot?

Paul has me rethinking the capra I wonder how a jeffsy would do at mtb parks
Don't you have to go to a bike park first to make an assessment?

Only reason why questioned the capra was because I didn't know it would have bike park duties. For your normal NNJ trails, I thought it would be overkill. But either way, demo a 170 travel bike and see how you like it. I just remember @qclabrat riding his Orbea at HM and he didn't think it climbed very well. Demo the bike and have a conversstion with Walter and @Juggernaut and other ppl with similar bikes. Get their input and then make your decision. Just dont want you to spend a boat load of money and the bike falls short of your expectations.

I suffer from seasonal depression and I had been feeling like I do but it isn't the dead of winter. Just exhausted all the time, joint pain isn't a good indicator for me since I hurt all the time, but I was having numbness in my face.

This is my second time with lyme and if I can't kick this by the end of this cycle I'm going an infections disease doc to see if it's something else, since I've already hit my maximum out of pocket why not.
I had a bout with MRSA last summer and went to a infection doc . 64 days on doxy and nothing come of it . Researched home remedies and found the most consistent talked about remedies and wahlah I got rid of the MRSA with no return . My daughter in law is into holistic cures and I must say I am becoming a believer . Just sayin

This would be good advice if Walt wrote it I might even follow it lol jk, I'm gonna be going to try some demos don't worry.

Usually don’t like to give out medical advice, but am somewhat qualified in this department. If you haven’t been to an infectious disease specialist, go immediately to the most qualified one in your area (don’t know where you live but there is an infectious disease group up on Rt10 in Randolph)

While holistic medicine has its place (there is science behind some of it), and I myself hate going on gratuitous courses of antibiotics because of what it does to your gut bacteria (importance of your gut bacteria to your overall health is key, another conversation) active Lyme WILL NOT go away on its own, and you will be fucked. Antibiotics kill Lyme easily. If you’ve been on a course and still feel like shit (sore joints, etc.) you may have pathogen induced autoimmune disease. This can persist for a long time after the bacteria are dead. Normal Drs are not micrbiologist or immunologists, go see an infectious disease specialist ASAP and review you medical history with them.

Alright let's get roll call for Jorbafest. I'll get there early with my cousin, before 8:30, do a quick loop with the Banshee then jump on some demos till the intermediate ride scheduled either 10:30 or 11am. Grab lunch. Maybe a short ride afterwards, but I'm planning to leave by 2pm. Look for my OOS gear.

Are you talking about the MRSA or the Lyme disease ? I did have surgery about two months after treating myself for the Mrsa and tested negative before the procedure . Man I think about all my ailments @ the age of 53 and I am a hot mess ……….lol
