haha, I actually got it on my elbow from falling in the bushes more then likely. When I was at 6M last wednesday I had a tumble going up an incline and I lost traction, did a spin out, couldn't clip out in time, and down I went. All considered I'm actually happy it's just my elbow and not more spread out, but I guess that's what I get for not wearing my long sleeve jersey![]()
I've seen a few small vermin, but nothing out of the ordinary. You should expect rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, etc while out biking.. it's when you get large deer, or even bears when things can get a little hairy lol

Whereabouts is this hikers only trail?Saw a small fox once on red right before the hikers only trail. And I always see beavers at the fields.

At the white/red split, after the small climb (after the two bridges) you come to an open-ish area. That is where I saw the fox. Keep going and it splits again. To the left is the hikers only trail. There's a small metal sign that indicates hikers only.
nice, I like that retro blue![]()
Me and my buddy at yesterday's ride!
check the trail conditions here, 6MR doesn't handle multiple days of rain wellcrossfingers the weather changes, its been inconsistent with forecasts anyway. But im definitely hitting 6mR Sat am around 7-8am

it may seem fun to ride on mud or what you're suppose to do with a mtb, but it seriously damages trails
It will probably be best to stay off any trails in NJ till Wed/Thurs, they will all need time to recover.
fox and coyote most likely wont attack unless rabid or have young nearby. Leave them alone and they usually leave you alone.
As for conditions at 6M, I wanted to hike there today and check it out but did something else instead. Am thinking it wont be ready for tomorrow morning though and its best to stay off the trails. Any damage done will need to be repaired by volunteers.
