That's right. It hit 40 at 2pm near the shore so it must have been 40 all day all over the state.

I wore it one other time last week (on the road). I'll Pull it up over my face before I go down some longer hills to keep warm. Also if the air is getting too cold for my lungs I pull it up to warm the air I breathe in. This thing usually only comes out in low temps on the road. Is that a good explanation officer?
