I did 2 hours on the road from 10-12 as acclimation training for sunday 🙄and it was brutal when you stopped moving. I went through both bottles in about an hour and then stopped into this tiny little general store and when I walked in there these 2 old guys standing around this crappy little air conditioner looked at me like I was from outer space. He said something in a deliverance kinda accent along the lines of "boy you must be crazy" or something like that. I filled my 2 bottles with vitamin water and killed that before I even got home.
We got that storm too and it definitely feels worse out there now.

It has been BRUTAL running weather. We ran at 5 am this morning and it was already 84 degrees.....

It was nasty but awesome at the same time. It got as dark as night.The thunder and lighting was crazy.
