Thanks Tim, amazing ride! Can't wait for the next one...

You're welcome!

Youngest Participant: 15
Oldest Particpant: Frank

Frank ONLY LOOKED the oldest (sorry Frank)..😀

But the youngest and oldest riders shared the same numbers

youngest : 15

oldest : 51 Me! 😀

The more group rides i go no the more i realize that "if" I'm NOT the oldest that probably means I DIED! 🙄

Anyway great ride great turnout....Thanks to all!

Well, I didn't know who was the oldest, so when in doubt, choose Frank.

Worry not, we will do this again...though, I think I'm ready to make another Southern Migration first...

Tim,

Thank you for getting this together. I had a GREAT time! Pretty sure my fear of rocks is now gone. :getsome: No bruises or blood on my part so that made for a great ride. Couldn't have asked for a better group of riders out there.

Steve, Brad,

MAJOR thanks to you 2 guys that hung back with us rock "beginners" was nice to converse and ride with you both. Would love to get a chance to head back up that way at some point. Take care everyone until next time!

31 peeps eh? damn I am surly sorry I missed the fun but i needed to get house stuff done.... I do like a ride when I am not the oldest... 🙂

I was the second youngest !!!

Seriously, I thoroughly enjoyed myself today. Thanks to Tim, Steve, Brad and Brett for keeping us on track, you guys were awesome. There was a great vibe on the trails today! Good to see so many smiling people enjoying the wonderfully humid weather....Hi Mare!

Thanks

Thanks for the great day all. Special shout out to Shaggz for the ride out. And thanks to the JORBA guy ("thats what we do") for the GU when I bonked. I haven't been on many trails this season done mostly road stuff, but this ride sparked that get on the trail more often feeling. Great group thank you all.

What more can you say. Today was an awesome day. Great to see the familiar faces and great to meet some new ones too! Awesome ride, thanks Timmy and the crew for putting it together and keeping such a big group rolling along. Post ride drinks and food is always a plus.

Great to see everyone, hope to do it again real soon!

Thanks guys, good times good times. Nice to finally put faces to the names. Special guest Jeff was a nice surprise, trying to keep up with him was a great challenge for this wannabe.

Despite the humidity, rain, blood and cop cars, that was a great ride. I have to say that I was a bit jealous when Frank told me that he rides with a majority of the folks who showed up on a weekly basis at Allaire. Any time that any of you want to come, just let us know.

Thanks to Tim, Brad, Brett and Steve F, for keeping this beast rolling. Pretty impressive considering the number of riders we had today.

LOFL! I hear someone coming up on me after the bridge crossing, and I thought it was Brett, and say "Who's that?", and he says "Jeff." I say "Cool, you riding with us?", and he goes "Yep."

Some small talk about the Giant he is riding, and he asks how I like I mine, blah blah blah, and then he rolls by. Never realizeized it was "that" Jeff.

"That Jeff" was pretty stoked to see the pukin unicorn jerseys. He commented to me and Dustin that he had seen them on someones website, he laughed while he was with us.

This was one of those rides that just have it all. A good hard ride, on tough trails, with a great bunch of people. Throw in a burger and beverages after, and all is right with the world. Many Thanks to the Northern crew for the ride.

Glad to hear it was a big success. I was a little concerned with the forecast going into the weekend and am glad for a change it seemed to work in your favor.

Rich,

How are you feeling? We were all pretty worried about you when we got back to the lot and Shaggz gave us the news. I hope you are well and recovering.

That was a great ride coupled with great group chemistry. Thanks to the leaders and sweepers for keeping everything together. Regarding "not so fast", hope you are recovering well. I know what it is like to bonk, I had a guy hook me up with some gel at a race and it pretty much saved my ass. Now, I always carry extra because it is only a matter of time before it is my turn to help out.

Great ride, thanks to Tim for putting it together! Finally got to really meet up with him even though we only live a few miles apart, definitely not the last time. It was nice to see some familiar faces and put some faces to names. BTW, I wanted to steal Spence's Martas, I've been hating mine then felt his and was like holy sh**!

I was really glad Jeff was able to make it, the guy's schedule is ridiculous. I mentioned the group ride on Friday when we rode and he was totally into it. As we were getting ready to depart the parking lot he called me and asked which way we were going, he would chase us down....something about an alarm clock snafu. Classic Lenosky, I told him Wall to Stonegate, I'd expect to see him before bottom of Stonegate.

Huge props to Ryan H.! When I saw him in the parking lot I didn't recognize him. With his single speed Gary Fisher he definitely fits into the "sleeper" category". I kinda said to myself "this guy either has no idea what he's in for or he's gonna waste us all". I think we know which one is correct . Anyway, as soon as I started to step on it a little after Saffin's I promptly hit a rock and flatted my rear. Ryan immediately stopped to help, braved mosquitoes and God knows what else. He stayed with me the whole time, patiently holding my bike till I got rolling again. Never complained once and I never got the sense he wanted me to hurry up. That's when I found out who he was....all I can say is thanks man! Literally everyone who passed asked if I had everything I needed, really great camaraderie. Because of the holdup with the flat we missed 3-stone but it'll still be there next time.

I was pretty bummed I had to bail after Anrothar's Alley, I promised my soon to be 6yr old I would be home by 1:00 and take him fishing. When I saw the time I knew it was time to break off. Little guy caught four bass so he was super happy, which capped off a fine day.

We need to do this again, maybe a Northern Migration Fall Foliage tour? Before the leaves fall of course.....

Good to see so many smiling people enjoying the wonderfully humid weather....

It can only mean one thing 🙂

Hi Franks!

Great ride today! I am glad I came, although I was sooo done by the end. Well, actually I was sooo done at the beginning when we hit some rocky sections and I got passed by everyone 🙂 Thanks to those that hung back with me. I had a great time riding, chatting, and hugging all the married men!

I feel right at home in the rocks and hills up north. Good amount of miles, a great group, the wet rocks made us tap into our hidden bike handling skills. It was just the ride i needed since i can't ride on monday due to work. Like brandon would say..."Thanks ya'll"
