I'd like to think there is no way I would be have been a slave owner, but who really knows. I mean, if you're born into a catholic family, you are raised catholic. Same with being jewish, muslim. I'm guessing it was kind of the same thing.

Asia opens way down. Japan was down 4%, but eased to be 3% lower so far.
My expectation is that Europe will be off sharply at the open. US Futures are off about 3.2% rfn.
Meanwhile the F'Elon in Chief is continuing to extort the large law firms that I worked with for decades in his most egregiously unconstitutional grift.
My father, who fought in WW2 from age 18, and could tell a liar when he heard one, must be rolling over in his crypt. That's what I find most appalling. My uncle, who was married to my godmother, lived next door. He was a Captain and a surgeon who died in a plane crash in WW2. Neither he or my Dad were "suckers" or "losers." The just did their duty along with all of my uncles who fought in many theaters across the world to fight the kind of fascism that tRUMP stands for. He is true scum.
