Tariffs...what to make of them.

JD Vance last night in his fox news interview: "If you want real security guarantees, if you want to actually ensure that Vladimir Putin does not invade Ukraine again, the very best security guarantee is to give Americans economic upside in the future of Ukraine. That is a way better security guarantee than 20,000 troops from some random country that hasn't fought a war in 30 or 40 years."

Soooo we're going into Ukraine now....well im sure that will work out fine...I mean it always does when we go into other countries.

Oh and the Brits haven't helped us in every stupid war we have been involved with....including the only time article 5 was actually enacted...(news flash...it was bc WE needed it)

He’s attempting to do something that I’m not sure is possible. Supposedly he wants to knock the 10 year yield rate down by creating a recession but at the same time keep the market elevated so the market does not crash but inflation comes down to make it easier for people to live and then in just a few months after use QE to stimulate the economy. The unfortunate part of this is that deep at heart he is a politician and politicians do what politicians do which is whatever makes them look good

Every college in the US should organize a protest against this order to test the govt's response. Ima get me a bullhorn and head down to the community college. This sounds like the ranting of a crazy person. Trump must've just watched a rerun from last year and got himself all fired up. Someone take his Sharpie before he pokes his own eye out.
