I was at the office this morning at the owner was getting out of this Tahoe which on the outside looks normal but as I was walking by the whole driver side pops open and tilts up like a gull wing door and then I realized it’s in the handicap spot.

Never seen this conversion before that must cost a lot of cash. I guess they weld the doors together?

I googled it and it looked something like this.

I would worry about cutting out the B-pillar but they have a video of crash tests for the 4 door pickup conversion (https://www.atconversions.com/crash-test/) and claim they tested the SUVs.

It is but it's $100 factory option. Silly omission. Just like the full-size spare option for $135.

All the XLT are navy seats. It's not bad, but another reason I went for the cheaper XL. Black seats.
