Donuts around cop cars in Philly - wow

@Carson I'm guessing in the old days you guys would pit maneuver these fuck sticks, bash in their side windows and drag them out by their hair... (which I'm totally fine with btw)... I take it now you just get it on video and go arrest them later?

We had an incident in town last week. On Sunday afternoon, wife and I are sitting outside of the local Irish pub having a drink and wings. A young kid, about 18, pulls up out front where all the tables are and parks his car. Cranks up his music to full volume, gets out of the car and walks away. For about 5 minutes the music is just blasting and he is nowhere in site. Finally comes back with a girl and another patron says something to him about shutting the music and being rude and obnoxious. All hell breaks loose as the kid obviously was looking to make a scene. To keep the story short, just lots of shouting and threats of kicking ass, etc. There was one point where the bar was emptied with a bunch of football fans ready to brawl. It shouldn't matter at all, but he was the only non-white person in site.

Fast forward to when the 4 cop cars are there with the car surrounded. Kid is still in the car for at least 10 minutes refusing to lower the music. Eventually the cops get him to drive away.

Cop turns around to everyone and says "thank you, that is policing today." The translation was, yes, we used to be able to kick this guys ass and shut him up in 2 seconds.

Talking with the police after, they said he was from Edison, and the next time he drives through town he'll leave with a shitload of tickets, but this is the only way they can quietly end things these days.

I'm pretty sure every Liberal Metuchenite sitting there all felt he deserved a quick beating or at least to be cuffed and driven away.

When I was assigned to ATTF in Essex, yes. Patrol in Hunterdon? Attempt to stop and ID then write summonses until my hand cramped and mail them out. When he doesn't appear it goes to a warranty and his license is suspended. The long game.

ATTF Carson was fun as shit! The smile is because we smashed the stolen Mercedes with our full-size Dodge RAM.

But if I did a burnout take off from a red light around here and a cop saw me, I would get a ticket, right? In the big cities, anything goes. Gonna be mad max everywhere if these kooks get their way about strangling the police.
