Here we go, bonus for the week. Just like last time, solve the riddle, take a pic during a ride. It is a thing that anyone can find in NJ whether on the road or trails. And this one is super easy so no complaints ?

No mixers or sugar in my house. Wife is a personal trainer and nutrition nut which has ironically lead to the discovery of amazing fresh cocktails ?

Figured most of the trails today would be a no-go due to the conditions, so I hit up saddle river park with the ridgehog. We did a mix of dirt trails and paved bike paths. It felt quite nostalgic as I used take my bmx bike there as a kid. Then I remembered there was a wall we used to ride as kids, not too far away from here. Since the theme of the day was yesteryear, we decided to go hunt for this wall but I haven't seen it in three decades. Sneaking past a few security guards, we finally were able to find it and session it (or I should say attempt to session it)....good times.....

I just threw up in my mouth. The rub here is not the riddle itself but how self grandising and arrogant it comes off. It’s bad enough you are competing in a biyf from Florida. No offense

these riddles are pretty dumb anyway, just make the bonus what it is and move on . . .

Ouch this one hurt. Fast group delivered a solid beat down, so much for casual winter pace. On the SS I was either smashing or spinning. HR AVG 146 is rough for me esp as the downhills push the HR down, ouch. Short and spirited.

Biked to/from the WW Gravel Ride.

Completed screwed the pooch on nutrition and had a very rare bonk situation at the 50 mile mark. No cash or additional GU’s so the engine completely shutdown on Washington Valley heading home. Super Bonk indeed, once that happens it gets very cold very quickly. Had to get off the bike and sit on a (cold) park bench only two miles from home as I was getting dizzy. Eventually it home and ate enough for two days in 30 minutes.

At least I was able to put the hammer down on the gravel portion of the ride before the engines fell off the plane.

Rode Hartshorne and Huber with The Gockel, GT, and The Bink this morning. Installed some studs into my Dillinger 5's in the afternoon and rode a few miles to get them bedded. View attachment 88064
