parts needed for cheapo gravel beater build

gonna finally get around to converting my monocog to a gravel beater. per suggestions gonna keep singlespeed (for now) but want drop bar set-up

so, what you got to sell me for cheap...or for beer?

need:

• drop bars (42 or wider...wider the better). 31.8
• brake levers (since SS no integrated needed)
• cyclocross/ gravel tires (looking for 36 or wider)

• also need to replace my brakes - anyone got some old bb-7s they no longer need?

lastly if anyone has bar end shifters for cheap I'll take them off your hands (actually would only need rear as I'd be doing a 1x set up)

Thx. I keep going back and forth on this. But At this point thinking of just buying a bike and returning the monocog to singlespeed glory. Thx for asking though!!
