Hello all, new here and saying howdy. Found the site from over at mtbr.com.

Quick intro: destroyed many off-brand BMX bikes (Huffy probably being the highest body count) through my teenage years. Got a little into dirt bikes/quads, then street bikes.

Got back into bicycles in the 90's, got a 95 Stumpjumper and rode it all over NJ. Started road racing motorcycles in the 00's, stopped biking so much, then ran out of cash for racing when I got married and bought a house. Started riding again this year after running into some buddies at the Tourne, upgraded equipment (new Trance X4, love it) and here I am!

Looking forward to contributing as much poorly researched, heavily opinioned information as possible to the forum. 🙂

Amusingly, ran into Steve in full MTBNJ regalia at Mahlon Dickerson saturday, so kinda cool to put a face to the site.

Welcome aboard, over 40 people rule. Well we don't really but what else can you say in a positive way to that idea.

Welcome (back). Don't worry, someday you'll be over 50 like some of us, Then you can really start riding good😎
 
Welcome dave! Im sure I will see you around as im often at the Tourne or in the general area of denville.
