Sure. Just have the original sales invoice and send it to the claims department with pictures of the defective part along with a detailed description and someone will eventually get around to it.:popcorn:

I have a beautiful VooDoo Bokor frame. It is black with sliding dropouts with hanger. It can be run geared or single speed. It is like new condition. I'll take $150 and will include a seatpost and headset. Send me your email for pics
