Up for sale is a complete wheel set with tires & tubes, plus a spare set of tubes.
- 2007 WTB Laser Disc Freeride eyeletted rims with Laser Disc Super Duty disc hubs & 14G WTB spokes make for a bomb-proof wheelset; The LaserDisc rims are an excellent tube-type rim in a do-it-all 21mm inner rim width. Eyelets, our distinctive I-Beam and an extra rib of aluminum counter torsional and axial loads, making for rims that last. Modest weights and an equally modest price tag make the LaserDisc rim family popular.
- Front wheel is designed for a 20mm thru axle
- Rear wheel designed for a 150mm x 12mm thru axle dropout spacing
- Maxxis High Roller tires, 2.70 front, 2.50 rear - plenty of life left in these tires.
- 2 sets of tubes included, presta valve in tires now, spare set are schrader
I am the orginal owner of this wheel set since 2008, when I had bought a Jamis Diablo 1.0 new. I have never had any major crashes with the bike/wheels. They are straight & true. No issues with the bearings. Overall, I tried to clean the wheels as best as possible, but they do have some dirt & dust one them that just isn't coming off.
